School Consultation

We work with preschools and elementary schools to provide applied behavioral analysis support services and educational consultation services for children with autism and other learning challenges such as ADHD, ADD, and oppositional behavior or ODD.

 

We understand that the school staff, parents and behavioral therapists need to work together to help children reach their full potential and adjust to their classrooms.

 

Some areas for training are:

• Following instructions

• Promoting appropriate social interaction with peers

• Increasing appropriate communication 

• Decreasing problem behaviors in the classroom

• Completion of assigned school works, getting started, and finishing.

• Promoting on-task behavior

• Transitions between assignments/ classes

• Organizational & time management skills
